Return and Exchange

Our return and exchange policy is only applicable for defective or damaged item that caused by our side only and we do not provide refunds.

You can only change the defective item for another product within 3 working days (for both local and international orders) of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by Tum Tailor Sdn Bhd.

However, customers are advised to notify us at customerservice@tumtailor.com by quoting the order number and the product details before proceed with the shipment for exchange.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including bags and scarves are non-returnable too.
